Annual Service Contracts

T.J.S Enterprises Inc. offers our residential & commercial customers an optional “Twelve Month Service Contract”. This service agreement has been extremely beneficial by allowing us to perform pre-selected services on a set schedule throughout the year. Keeping our customers property looking it’s best without the bother of phone calls or laps in service.

PROVISIONS OF PROGRAM

• Customer chooses the services to be performed throughout the year.
• All services selected are placed on a twelve month service contract.
• All discounts are applied for being a yearly contracted customer.
• All services are added up for the year and divided into 12 equal payments.
• T.J.S Enterprises Inc. provides these services throughout the year at their designated time.
• Customer is billed once per month for services rendered.
